Quotes and payment

How do I get a quote?

Use the quote form or text 832-993-1116 with your date, location, and what you need. We reply with one price that includes delivery.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is priced by distance and included in your quote, so the number you see is the number you pay. We deliver anywhere in DFW and the surrounding areas.

Do I need a deposit? How do I pay?

No deposit is required. Pay before your event or on the day with cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, wire transfer, or card (cards have a 3% fee).

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel at no charge.

Can I rent for more than one day?

Yes. Multi-day rentals are discounted. Include all of your dates in the quote request.

Event day

What do I need to have ready?

A standard power outlet within 50 feet of where the equipment will go. For outdoor events, plan a covered spot for the gear in case the weather turns.

When do you arrive, and how long does setup take?

We plan to arrive 1–2 hours before your event. Two speakers take about 20 minutes to set up; a full DJ setup with lighting can take up to 2 hours.

Will you show me how to use the equipment?

Yes. We test everything with you and walk you through the mixer and which cables go where, so you're comfortable running it before guests arrive.

What if something goes wrong during the event?

Call or text us at 832-993-1116. We're available 24/7. For extra peace of mind, add onsite assistance so someone from our team stays at your event.

What about outdoor events and weather?

Outdoor events need a covered spot for the equipment and a power outlet within 50 feet. If the forecast looks bad, you can cancel at no charge.

When do you pick everything up?

Either the same night after your event or the next morning, whichever works better for you. There is no extra charge.

DJ, onsite help, and photography

Do your hourly services have a minimum?

Yes. DJ, onsite assistance, and photography are billed hourly with a 3-hour minimum.

What does the DJ need from me?

Your event itinerary, any song requests, and the genres you want. The DJ takes requests and MCs. If you want to keep going past the planned time, extra hours are paid before we continue.

How does event photography work?

We shoot on a Sony a7 II full-frame camera. You get 10 edited photos per hour of coverage, delivered by Google Drive link within 1–4 weeks.
