Questions people usually ask before booking

What do you handle for delivery, setup, and takedown?

We deliver the gear, set it up the way you want it, and come back for takedown after the event. If something feels off, we want it fixed before we leave.

What if something goes wrong during the event?

You are not stuck guessing. We are always a call away, and if you want more peace of mind you can add onsite event assistance so someone stays there to help the event run smoothly.

Can I add onsite event assistance?

Yes. Onsite event assistance is available at $25 per hour. You can choose the number of hours during booking, and we will block out that time for support.

Can you help with the mixer and which wires go where?

Yes. That is one of the biggest questions people ask. We set the system up, explain the mixer, and make sure the cables are routed correctly before the event starts.

How do pricing and deposits work?

You can pay the 25% deposit or pay in full during checkout. The booking flow shows the rental total, delivery, taxes, and what is still left to pay before you finish.

What about outdoor events, weather, and power?

Outdoor events need a protected equipment area and access to dependable power. If weather becomes a problem, there needs to be a covered backup plan for the gear.

Do you handle karaoke, microphones, projectors, and speaker setups?

Yes. The main setups are speakers, wireless microphones, projector and screen rentals, karaoke-ready gear, and add-ons like the subwoofer when the event needs more low end.
