What you can plug in
Any device with HDMI: a laptop, Roku, Fire Stick, or game console. Add our Windows laptop ($50), tell us the movie, and we'll have it downloaded and ready to play when we arrive.
Indoors or outdoors
Indoors, the projector handles rooms with normal lighting. Outdoors, start the movie about 30 minutes after sunset. Tripod covers for the speaker stands are included for indoor events only.
Space and power
Plan open space for the 16 ft screen, a spot for the projector and speakers, and a power outlet within 50 feet.
Compared to renting separately
The projector and 16 ft screen alone are $200. For $150 more, the package adds two JBL speakers, a wired mic, and a mixer. Want deep bass for an action movie? Add the JBL subwoofer for $100.

How many people can watch?
The 16 ft screen works for about 100 to 150 guests seated, from a backyard movie night to a church or company event.
Do the speaker stands come with covers?
Yes, with delivered rentals: black stretch tripod covers for the speaker stands are included at no charge with every delivered speaker rental and package. Tripod covers are for indoor events only; at outdoor events the stands stay uncovered. Covers aren't included with self-serve pickup.
